I think that the EP108 board is an emulation board with multiple Virtex-7 FPGAs chips, to emulate various Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC subsystems. It was used for early software development.
The ZCU102 *maybe* be an indication of a commercially available evaluation board for the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC.
