[ 1167.101769] BUG: Bad rss-counter state mm:cfb3a7a0 idx:1 val:10
[ 1167.173882] BUG: non-zero nr_ptes on freeing mm: 1
[ 1167.247547] Oops: kernel access of bad area, sig: 11
[ 1167.307226] CPU: 0 PID: 4185 Comm: cat Tainted: G O 4.1.0-rc4-br

Admittedly I'm using a 4.1.0 kernel so it maybe something introduced into this kernel but saying that this kernel works fine on our Zynq platform. We usually get the above asserts after a few minutes and once it happens the system becomes unstable and unusable. We are using the Fido branch.

Also I noticed that U-Boot doesn't build on the Fido branch for Microblaze but does for Zynq. We patch it to enable UBIFS and it throws up a bunch of unresolved externals. I wrote a patch to remove them as they were functions that weren't being used but I then found that every time U-Boot tried to do anything useful with the UBIFS it would crash and lock the board up.

Best Regards,
Martin.
