[meta-xilinx] meta-xilinx - Maintenance

Hi all,

So this email is just to let everyone know what is happening regarding
the meta-xilinx layer.

I am no longer an employee with Xilinx. At the time of me finishing up
at Xilinx, Xilinx was not ready to take over maintenance of the
meta-xilinx layer. As such I will continue to maintain the meta-xilinx
layer until such time as Xilinx is ready to continue work on the
meta-xilinx layer.

I will continue to make sure the baseline architecture and board
support that is already available in the meta-xilinx layer is
functional and continues to be functional for current and future
versions of OE/Yocto. And as I have a hobbyist interest in the
meta-xilinx layer I will also continue to add features and improve
functionality where possible.
