Are any/all these reasons why picking a stable 4.0.0 target is problematic?
1) 4.0.0 is the first 4.0.x release. Latest is 4.0.9.
2) 4.0.x is at end-of-life, no support since July 2015
3) 4.1.x is currently the long term support kernel
This project won't be in production until late this year/early next
year, so I can probably go with 4.0.0 for now and hopefully linux-xlnx
will be more up to date in the next few months.
