[meta-xilinx] boot picozed from QSPI

I'm on branch Jethro. I'm trying to place u-boot and my kernel in QSPI
and then use the emmc for the filesystem.

There are three u-boot config parameters I'd like to define to
facilitate QSPI booting:
#define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH
#define CONFIG_ZYNQ_QSPI
#define CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET       0x630000

Is there a way to set these without making a full blown patch?
