[meta-xilinx] [PATCH] conf/machine: update for new runqemu

Hi,

I've tested qemuzynq and qemuzynqmp, the work well for me. I wanted to test
qemumicroblaze, but I can't build it with yocto's master branch:
$ MACHINE=qemumicroblaze bitbake core-image-minimal
