[meta-xilinx] [PATCH] conf/machine: update for new runqemu

Sent it again since I didn't see the one I sent yesterday, and note, this
one should wait until oe-core merged the new runqemu.

Hi,

I've tested qemuzynq and qemuzynqmp, the work well for me. I wanted to test
qemumicroblaze, but I can't build it with yocto's master branch:

So runqemu qemumicroblaze may not work.
