[meta-xilinx] build error

Hi,

in order to be able to build I had to revert commit a7856bd055259cbc8988125a6b5e1bfbf4ecfcfc,
as it introduces a .bbappend file (recipes-microblaze/gcc/gcc-source_6.1.bbappend) for which
there appears to be no corresponding .bb-file, which gave me an error.

Am I missing something here?
