Thanks for pointing this out. I have a patch for openembedded that
I'll send out soon.

I will CC you on the patch so that you can see it and apply it to your
tree if you want.

This is a limitation with mainline QEMU that we only support a single Cortex-A9.

The Xilinx tree of QEMU does support 2 A9s.
