[meta-xilinx] meta-xilinx 'krogoth' branch

Hi All,

The krogoth branch in meta-xilinx has been created for the 2.1/'krogoth' release
of Yocto/OE.

Major changes/additions:
 * Zynq now targets ARM hard-float (callconvention-hard) by default
 * MicroBlaze support for musl libc (with GCC 4.9 and 5.3)
 * Changed a number of machines to use device trees from kernel sources
 * Changed the device-tree recipe to provide the kernel includes (e.g.
zynq-7000.dtsi)
 * Changed to using the ps7_init* from U-Boot sources where available
 * Dropped support for the external Xilinx toolchains (see
https://github.com/Xilinx/meta-petalinux for support)

New machines/boards supported in this release:
 * Digilent ZYBO Linux BD (zybo-linux-bd-zynq7)
 * Xilinx ZCU102 (zcu102-zynqmp)
 * Xilinx KC705 (kc705-microblazeel) - This replaces kc705-trd-microblazeel

Kernel/U-Boot version changes:
 * Added support for linux-yocto 4.4 kernel
 * Added support for u-boot 2016.03
 * Updated to linux-xlnx 4.4 (xilinx-v2016.1.01) kernel
 * Updated to u-boot-xlnx 2016.01 (xilinx-v2016.1)
