[meta-xilinx] install customized application rootdmatest

Hi ,

I want install customized application , I created the  .bb file as 
attachment (reference from helloworld), then I added it to 
IMAGE_INSTALL_append in local.conf.

I can compile & install the helloworld successfully , but could not work 
with rootdmatest.

Could you help check what wrong?

Hi,

Maybe it is creating package as rootdmatest-1.0-* rpm (you can search 
for rpm/deb in tmp/deploy area).

I think you need to rename the recipe as rootdmatest_1.0.bb, then 
IMAGE_INSTALL_append should find rootdmatest.

Or try rootdmatest-1.0 in IMAGE_INSTALL_append

Also, it is recommended not use PR in recipes.
