[meta-xilinx] New custom hardware

Hi,
Please, is there a tutorial to explain the new process to generate dts
and dtb with petalinux ? The xilinx doc seems out of date.

If I have a vivado project, what should I do to generate the appropriate
dts ? (as it seems that now it directly use the bsp file, but where to
put it ?)
