[meta-xilinx] [RFC v1 1/4] runqemu: Add the morty runqemu script

Alistair, this is a great patch set which will help me a lot. I was reading
it with interest prior to testing it and noted that the runqemu you have
here is the one from OE master and not morty, it also does not seem to have
the patch you refer to applied. I'm just drawing this to your intention in
case you have accidentally made an error. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
