[meta-xilinx] [RFC v1 1/4] runqemu: Add the morty runqemu script

Alistair, it's probably my mistake, I was trying to check if the patch
supporting no kernel and file system had already been applied and initially
looked at the wrong function. Am I correct in assuming that that patch is
already incorporated here, its looks like it has been? I hope to test it
Monday at work. Peter
