[meta-xilinx] xen-guest-image-minimal building error

Hi,
I'm trying to compile a xen-guest-image-minimal but I'm having a compiling problem. Here is the screenshot that shows the error:

xsct is not installed or not available, it is a tool available from Xilinx which needs to be installed as a pre-requisite.
