[meta-xilinx] support for UltraZED in meta-xilinx layer

I need to build images for the Avnet UltraZED board based on a quad-core ZYNQ.  I see ZedBoard, PicoZed and microZed, but not UltraZed in the meta-xilinx layer document.  Is anybody working on adding this support?
