What I've found so far is that the power management for the SD card is somehow 
broken in the pmufw. To work around it, I disabled the ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS 
config option in the kernel. With ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS the kernel cannot access 
the SD card if pmufw has been loaded, without ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS the SD card 
works okay and the system boots properly.
