[meta-xilinx] Pyserial

Hi All,
How to create pyserial python library and install in rootfs of petalinux.
I found these rpm's
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/yocto/yocto-1.6.1/rpm/cortexa9hf_vfp_neon/
Is there a way to do so for pyserial also?
