[meta-xilinx] [PATCH v3 0/3] Updates for arm-trusted-firmware recipes

This patch series updates the ATF recipes

 * Makes it machine independent, the deployed images need not be machine specific
 * Updates for the 1.3 version
 * Deploy images which are versioned
