[meta-xilinx] [meta-xilinx-tools][PATCH] xilinx-bootbin_1.0.bb: Fix task dependencies for xilinx-bootbin

[Manjukumar Matha]

Add all the required dependencies to DEPENDS and remove all the
unnecessary tasks like fetch, unpack and patch
