[meta-xilinx] [meta-xilinx-tools][PATCH 1/3] Revert "xsct-tc: append the local system's /usr/bin dir as Xvfb fallback"

[Manjukumar Matha]

Revert adding /usr/bin as this is not required anymore. Xvfb and
xlsclients are added in HOSTTOOLS
