[meta-xilinx] Yocto fo Pynq Z1?

I think, off-hand, the PYNQ project provides the bitstream + HDF -- so you
can generate your device tree from that and build a "custom" machine that
matches the PYNQ Z1 board -- but it would be an unofficial one.
I'm still kinda surprised by the entire development of PYNQ without any
seeming reference to using Yocto to rebuild pieces of it. It seems like a
natural fit, but that's my 2 cents.
