[meta-xilinx] wic creation manifest warnings with zynqmp-pmu recipe in rocko?

Hi,

I'm switching over to rocko, trying to get my images to compile again, and
I see these warnings?

Is this expected? I'm not sure I can safely ignore these, but I'm also not
sure these come from something I did.
