Some of the sstate signature / manifest code was changed in more
recently. So the cross target arch parts of zynqmp-pmu are exposed a
bit more. These warnings can be ignored. They was also apparent in
previous releases of meta-xilinx but it was only exposed on SDK build
dependencies.
