Hi Ed,

Refer https://www.xilinx.com/html_docs/xilinx2016_3/SDK_Doc/index.html and follow the instructions.

If you are using tfc agent to debug the refer 2016.3 UG1144 "Debugging Applications with TCF Agent" make sure you have all the packages installed in yocto.
