[meta-xilinx] Boot.bin file creation in using bitbake core-image-minimal

Hi Mayur,

It could look like you are missing a patch for allowing the APU to access the SD card, refer to e.g. https://github.com/topic-embedded-products/meta-topic/tree/master/recipes-bsp/pmu-firmware. AFAIK, it is not officially documented by Xilinx anywhere but discussed in this list during the last year or so.

I am trying to build the minimal image for Xilinx zcu102 board.



Need help regarding the hardware boot with yocto image



>From last one week I am trying to boot the hardware using Image using meta-xilinx layer.



I had done the below procedure

git clone -b rocko https://github.com/Xilinx/meta-xilinx<https://github.com/Xilinx/meta-xilinx/>

source ../poky/oe-init-build-env

bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-xilinx/meta-xilinx-bsp



in conf/local.conf  MACHINE=”zcu102-zynqmp”

run the command bitbake core-image-minimal



after this I got the below file in image folder.

 [cid:image002.png at 01D47295.06B907B0]



 after that i added the file on sdcard boot partition.

boot.bin, atf-uboot.ub, Image, u-boot.bin, uEnv.txt and
Image-zynqmp-zcu102-rev1.0.dtb

and inserted the sdcard in hardware and on minicom i got below data
