[meta-xilinx] Many fetcher failures

Hi everyone,
I added meta-xilinx layer to yocto following this tutorial
http://blog.mbedded.ninja/programming/embedded-linux/zynq/building-linux-for-the-zynq-zc702-eval-kit-using-yocto
But when I built, many errors appeared.
They are mostly like the following:

Fetcher failure: Fetch command export PSEUDO_DISABLED=1; ......
Resolving xxxxx .. failed: Temporary failure in name resolution
wget: unable to resolve host address xxxx

3 screen shots of the errors are attached.

What causes these errors and how can I solve them.

PS: my internet connection is working fine.
