[meta-xilinx] Thud branch release

Hi All,

Happy New Year!

Thud release branch has been created for the 2.6 Yocto/OE. 

We have the following changes:

* meta-xilinx-standalone layer to enable baremetal distro.

Alejandro will be the maintainer for this layer. Thanks Alejandro for pitching in

*Consolidated device-tree according to upstream device tree class.
