[meta-xilinx] Machine for Zynq 7035

Hi Emmanuel,

The Zynq 7000  series are all served by the *-zynq7 machines in
meta-xilinx-bsp.  The machine includes the rest of the board your processor
is on so you'll probably need to adapt one of the existing examples
(microzed-zynq7, zc702-zynq7 etc.) for any custom hardware you may have.
