[meta-xilinx] Ultra96 V2 Support

We have just received an Ultra96V2 board and need to rebase on this as the V1 is no longer available.
Is this device supported in meta-xilinx?
Can we just build as for the V1 i.e. MACHINE = "ultra96-zynqmp"?
Do we need to a specific version number (been using v2018.2 thus far)?
