[meta-xilinx] VCU usage on xilinx UZ3EG

Hi,

We are using Xilinx UltraScale UZ3EG MpSoc

we are using OpenCV to capture the video stream from USB Camera node
/dev/video0

but the CPU utilization is not good, it consumes around 80% of the CPU.

To reduce the CPU consumption, we would like use the VCU  available on
UZ3EG.

Kindly let us know if there are any sample applications to demonstrate the
working of VCU.

any links would be helpful.
