[meta-xilinx] Missing bbclasses (xilinx-bootbin, xilinx-fitimage) in all versions since 2017.4

For xilinx-bootbin, it was converted into a recipe of it's own instead of a bbclass. (Follow the reasoning around here if you want: https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/meta-xilinx/2017-July/003058.html)

For fitimage, I do not have pertinent background to answer.
