[poky] gnome keyring

Since this was upgraded to 2.31.4, gnome-keyring-1 is no longer
installed into the pkgconfig database.  This causes problems with
some packages (e.g. Google chromium - not in Poky) that expect it.

Any ideas why?

Note: reverting to 2.28.2 works fine.
