[poky] [PATCH 00/13][PULL] Fix LICENSE and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM info

Hi Saul,

This pull request updates some LICENSE information, also it add
LIC_FILES_CHKSUM if missing.

Besides, the last commit fixed [BUGID #531].
