[poky] [PATCH 03/25] gcc: crosssdk unset TARGET_FPU

I will redo the patch based on Ilya suggestion,
But I'm not sure if un-setting TARGET_FPU on crosssdk.bbclass would affect
other targets.
Can some one with more background provide me more details if this could
affect other targets.
