[poky] debian.o-hand.com unreachable ?

The packages that were in there were ancient and not likely of any use
on modern distros having not been maintained for a long time.

If we had replacements and someone to maintain it we could reinstate
this but I'm not aware of having anything at this point. I thought the
references had been removed from the manual?
