[poky] beagleboard invalid config in 1.3 danny branch

None of these should impact the runtime of the board, but they also

We are iterating the configs now in master for the LTSI update, I can have
a look
at them then, and any relevant changes can be backported to danny.

This isn't the cause of the problem, but it is something that was fixed in
master.
