[poky] no source code in dbg package when devtool used

Known issue, there's a thread where someone is working on fixing it on the
oe-core and meta-oe lists: "[OE-core] [meta-oe][PATCH] package.bbclass:
provide debug sources in externalsrc -dbg packages"
