[poky] iso-codes: issue with do_fetch on pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org

Patches are now in ross/mut, so they'll make it to master soon, and
can be backported thereafter.

When you are getting frustrated with patches seemingly ignored, check
these branches first :)
