[Webhob] technological choices

Hello all,

I've started selecting technology to be used for WebHOB,
The criteria used was to gain maximum support from the
respective projects, and to use stable releases with a bit
of history behind them, instead of going for the bleeding edge.

I came down to these version numbers, can you please
review and comment on these choices

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server edition
Python: 2.7
Django: 1.4.1 (Ubuntu 12.10 level, not 12.04 ! )
SQL: Mysql community edition 5.5
Httpd: nginx 1.2.7
