[Toaster] [review-request] log message save fix

Hello,

This is a fix for
https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5642 - the number of
warnings is not matched by the actual count of entries in the warnings
table.

Can you please review this branch ?
