[Toaster] [review-request] Implement "Task covered by" in task.html #5925

Hi Belen,

The branch fwymore/covered-task implements the covered task list feature. I believe I've computed the covered task list correctly and it appears right. I dumped out a bunch of intermediate data during the computation and that looks right for the examples I tried. Anyway, please give it a go. Thanks in advance.
