[Toaster] New patchset for review

Hello,

I have a new patchset for review, uploaded here:

There are a couple of refactorings in the data collection backend code, and
the bitbake server code, that lead to a better code organization and re
usability.

There is also a set of patches that bring in jQuery cookie plugin and fix
various things in the UI, like table column setting persistence, and
sorting.

Can you please review and comment ?
