I've pushed a new patch for review:

It implements a fix for the packages table and data collection.

Some packages​ are renamed from a name used during dependency resolution
(build time) to a name used for image target installation. This leads to
inconsistency in package information and broken dependency links.

This patch adds a new field called "installed_name" to hold the name under
which the package was installed. The data collection classes is modified to
detect and record the name change. The toasterui is modified to use proper
name when setting up package information, and record the installation name.
