[Toaster] Data Quality Tests

Hi,


These tests check the quality of the data collected by toaster: http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/commit/?h=andreeap%2Form-tests.
Also there you can find a small wrapper script to run easier the tests.
The tests are written using Django's unittest module.
