[Toaster] New master pushed

Hello,

Since we have a number of patches integrated in the origin/master, I did a
rebase and a push of the toaster/master.

At the same time, I took in some of the patches on the list that went
without outstanding issues.

Please do git fetch && git rebase on your development trees.


Only one request, Ravi, can you please rebase this patch:
​ bitbake: toaster: Added sorting to other columns in All tasks table​


​on top of the latest toaster/master ?​


​Please let me know if I overlooked any submitted patch.​
