[Toaster] Sample Toaster data for development purposes

Hi Belen,
I've downloaded the database which doesn't included Alex's latest changes.  

The database won't work with my package pages since the orm_target_installed_package is empty.  This happens if you built with sstate cache.  With the latest clone from toaster-master and after building with an sstate cache, I still get reasonable row counts in orm_target_installed_package, about  400 total for a minimal and sato build.

Also, I've noticed in the sample database that I've downloaded, that there are 9 images/builds and 610,000 package file rows. I think that implies approximately 70,000 package files per image in the database.  With my latest pull from toaster-master, I get similar values: 116,000 total rows for two builds: minimal and sato.  These seem like high numbers.
