[Toaster] Bug 5917 - Task Detail page has obsolete field "task.outcome_help"

Hi David,

outcome_help is not in database, it is a method in the Task class in models.py

Hi Alex,

In preparing the Tasks Detail page test instructions, I encountered a database issue.

In Ravi’’s “task.html” page, there is the value “task.outcome_help”, but that no longer appears to be in the database. It that the case and intent? What should we use instead?
