[Toaster] final Toaster database schema changes

Hi David,

This is correct, I will make these changes as soon as possible. In addition
to this, I have another very minor set of changes regarding list of files
in an image.

For image-total-size I would go with no 1, although no 3 is an option, if
anything else files.
What I plan now - searching for an easy way to do this. What I'm thinking
now - compute the actual sum of sizes for all files, since I'm gathering a
complete list of files anyhow. I'll see how that works.
