[Toaster] [review-request] display task description

Hi Belen,

Are you not seeing the grey ? icon when you hover over the task or you are not seeing the bubble when you hover over the ? icon.

If the task does not have an entry in the variable table, I am not displaying the ? icon. 

I have used the test database you gave and I could not find many tasks in the variable table. To see it working, search for do_deploy task and hover over the task name.
